If your product is faulty, damaged, or if you are not happy with the product for ANY reason, you can send it back to us for a FREE Item Exchange or Refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
Unless otherwise noted, we are unable to offer replacement parts or repairs on our products as they are manufactured and assembled by our suppliers. As a result we offer a replacement warranty for products with manufacturing defects which generally come to light within the first few months of use however will be considered up to 6 months on a case by case basis and depending on the type of product. A 6 months warranty is generous for similar products and products that are used on a daily basis however we believe in the quality of our products and expect them to last much longer.
As a general guideline the following replacement warranty applies:
- Bento lunchboxes, baby bags and baby carriers: 6 months
- Food Accessories and other smaller baby essentials: 3 months
Please Note, our warranty does not cover general wear and tear including scratches, chips or rips and there is no reimbursement for original or return shipping costs.
Please email us at email@example.com with your refund claim information as well as the reason for requesting a refund or exchange. Please include photos of the damaged product where applicable. Where required we will provide you with the return shipping address and your Return Merchandise Authorization Number. Please write this on the shipping label.
* To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it unless it relates to a manufacturing fault that came to light after being used.
* It must also be in the original packaging.
* To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
* Sale items will be refunded at the actual purchase price. Shipping costs will not be refunded for change of mind returns.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
After the product has been verified as being either faulty or damaged where applicable or unused and in good saleable condition, and where you have elected not to receive an exchange on the item, your refund will be approved and processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within approximately 7 - 10 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund after 7 - 10 working days of receiving your confirmation of refund approval, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org for verification from our end that the refund has been actioned.
Following this you might need to contact your credit card company and/or bank as it may take some time from their end before your refund is officially processed to your account.
